You are also required to have two bedrooms in order to be able to afford a servant. Those helpers can do various tasks for you like bringing the items you need from your bank leaving items unnoticed, taking wood to the mill or accompanying you around your home. Using Butler services will cost you money however it will boost xp gains. It is also possible to enlist the team of your friends to get you the items is needed, but ensure to pay them for their help.

When you're finished buying your first house, you can move in and begin working on furniture. To start of take nail and planks, and begin creating wooden chairs that look like crude wood. After you've completed 14 of them start making 46 regular ones. Once you've completed that, you can make 73 oak Chairs or 102 Armchairs made of Oak. It will take you to OSRS Fire Cape level 33 in under an hour. For all resources you will need to invest around 200k gold. The quests aren't too numerous that have minimal requirements that will start you off with Construction but you can finish Tower of Life after level 10 Construction for an easy 1k exp.
