Safety valve adjustment steps
1. Before adjustment, you need to close the air inlet valve and connect the water source. After starting the equipment, observe the working pressure of the air compressor.
2. The safety valve should generally be calibrated with nitrogen and sealed before the unit load test operation.
3. The safety valve that needs to be adjusted for the second time during the load test operation of the unit should have: the first adjustment with water pressure according to relevant regulations; in addition to the unloading device of the unit being intact, the manual unloading of the safety valve The device must be flexible and reliable.
4. When adjusting the safety valve during the load test operation, one is to basically set the opening pressure of the safety valve at the highest working pressure of the level during the first adjustment, so that the final adjustment can be made from low to high during the load test operation. Adjustment, during this process, the compressor must do an overload test run; the other is to first adjust the opening pressure of the safety valve to the rated working pressure with water pressure. During the load test run, attention should be paid to observing the constant pressure. Whether to take off and make appropriate adjustments (the take-off pressure should always be controlled not to be greater than the maximum working pressure of the level during the adjustment process). According to the changing relationship between the adjustment amount of the safety valve and the take-off pressure, adjust the safety valve to the specified take-off based on experience. Pressure range, then remove the safety valve and perform a water pressure check. Because the high-pressure stage safety valve has a wide take-off range, this method is feasible for the adjustment of each high-pressure stage and the final stage safety valve of the compressor. According to the standard, the calibration of the safety valve should be carried out on the test bench by professionals.
Air volume adjustment test
For compressors with air volume adjustment devices, the adjustment device shall be tested and adjusted. When adjusting, it should be carried out under the supervision and cooperation of technical personnel according to the requirements of the production process.

1. The quality of maintenance and installation conforms to the requirements of the regulations of the unit, and the records and materials of maintenance and installation are complete, true and accurate.
2. The test run is normal and meets the operating technical indicators.
3. Instruments and safety interlocking devices remain complete, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
4. The parts are complete and the unit is clean.
5. The auxiliary equipment and pipelines are in good condition, without abnormal noise and vibration.
6. The anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the main and auxiliary machines is complete, and the paint marks on the pipelines are clear and correct. If the above standards are met, the acceptance procedures can be handled according to the regulations, and the formal handover can be put into production.
